You can order Glöggrundan 2025 tickets for your student association via the ticket sales for student associations on 29.10.2025 at 12.00 PM on Kide.app. The ticket sales for student associations are intended for all groups with a Business ID, such as student associations, student unions, and other student organizations. Please note that when ordering tickets, you must provide the Business ID, the associations member amount, and a contact person.
There is a limited number of tickets reserved for the student association ticket sales, so it is first come, first served. Please note that your ticket order is binding, and you must accept the sales terms and conditions at the time of ordering. The ticket sales is open 29.-30.10.2025, or as long as tickets are available. Tickets are NOT paid at the time of ordering.
In this ticket sale, regular and Logomo tickets are sold, and you can order between 15 and 115 tickets. Ticket orders that do not meet these purchase conditions will be canceled. When ordering tickets, you can choose between 5 different afterparties: Logomo, Duetto, Bar Ihku, Skärgårdsbaren, and Fuusio. You may purchase tickets for multile afterparties, as long as your association’s maximum ticket limit is not exceeded. Regular tickets cost 24,50€ / ticket, and Logomo tickets cost 29,50 / ticket. To be more sustainable, all Glöggrundan 2025 tickets will be electronic.
If your association has ordered tickets, you will receive a personal Kide.app sales link on 10.11.2025 via email, which includes your ordered tickets. You can then distribute these tickets to your members in any way you like. The sales link is open 10.11-12.11.2025, or as long as you have tickets left. Please note, that by ordering tickets, you agree to pay for all tickets you ordered, regardless of whether you sell them or not. Unsold tickets will be invoiced by Merkantila Klubben in December 2025. Please note, that a participant can only have two Glöggrundan 2025 tickets in their Kide.app wallet.
All tickets should be exchanged for bracelets and a map on the event day, 4.12.2025 from 14.00-18.00 at Cathedral Square in Turku. You will not be able to enter any afterparty without a bracelet.
